Week 3 Year 2
Well done to everyone - our first full week of January lockdown learning!
We can see you have all enjoyed learning about Florence Nightingale and we have some more activities for you this week so you can learn even more about her.
This week we have added videos to PowerPoints to help aid learning. Videos can be paused by clicking on the teacher picture to allow for activities to be completed.
English
In Year 2 this week we're concluding our unit on Instruction Writing with a piece of writing, which could be split over two days and we have a short unit on Contractions, which we envisage lasting about three days.

Maths
In Year 2 this week we are continuing with multiplication and division.

As division can be tricky for some, you might want to supplement these activities with having a look at the Oak Academy videos on division in Year2.
